Sleeping Beauty

We’re delighted to bring the traditional family pantomime Sleeping Beauty to the Dobbie Hall in Larbert from 26th to 30th November 2024. Our pantomime is suitable for all ages and is jammed full of laughs, toe-tapping musical numbers, fabulous costumes and lots of chances for audience participation along the way – oh yes there is!!

Tickets are on sale from 23 September 2024 via the Ticketsource website.  All seats are £12/£10(concession). The seating downstairs in the Dobbie Hall is in rows and upstairs is our balcony seating.

We’re lucky to have another great script by Daniel Baillie and Derek D Easton so you’re going to get lots of laughs and all the traditional elements of panto we know you love!

Derek D Easton is back as Nanny Dolly tasked with looking after the beautiful Princess Aurora, with Stewart Borthwick bringing the fun and mischief as Chester the Jester.

An evil witch takes her revenge for being excluded from a royal christening, by casting a wicked spell on Princess Aurora, that will see her die on her eighteenth birthday by pricking her finger on a spinning wheel.

Over the next 18 years Princess Aurora’s parents (The Queen and King Rollo) try to do everything they can to prevent the witch’s evil curse from coming to pass, but they are also dealing with a devilish Prime Minister who wants to become the King! Thankfully Fairy Stardust and her sisters Flora and Claribel are on hand to help Nanny Dolly and Chester the Jester protect Princess Aurora who is now about to turn 18.

But will the Princess prick her finger or will true love step in (cue Prince Michael) and save the day? The only way you’ll find out is to get your tickets and come to see the panto!
